I have been an Amazon Prime customer since 2011. Overtime the membership had become a must for me and my family to save time and money. Here are some of the pros and cons.
Pros:

Prime Music: Streaming music service with a large library, plus discounts on Amazon Music Unlimited.

Prime Reading: Borrow eBooks, magazines, and more from the Prime Reading catalog.
Twitch Prime: Free monthly Twitch subscriptions and in-game loot for gamers.
Amazon Photos: Unlimited photo storage and 5 GB for other files.
Family Sharing: Share benefits with family members living in the same household.
Price Comparison: Easily price check items from retail stores against those on Amazon.
Large Catalog of Items: Access to an extensive range of products across various categories.
Cons:
Inconsistent Delivery: While Prime members benefit from expedited shipping, products are not always delivered on time, though they are on time 99% of the time in my experience.
Annual Fee: The membership comes with a cost, which might not be worth it for infrequent shoppers.
Overwhelming Choices and False Reviews: The vast selection can make it hard to find specific items or compare options effectively and sometimes false review can make choices harder. Try to find products with the free return option, so that the return process is easy.
Addiction to Convenience: The ease of one-click purchasing can lead to impulse buying and overspending.
Limited Availability: Not all products are eligible for Prime shipping, which can be frustrating when you expect the same convenience.
Subscription Overload: Many users may find themselves juggling multiple streaming services and subscriptions, which can be overwhelming and costly.
Customer Service Issues: While Prime generally offers good service, some customers report difficulties with returns or customer support as all of my disputes were only handled by chat bots.
